Exchange and Return Policy – NEZER
At NEZER , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate with global shipping and exclusive products, our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and efficient for customers anywhere in the world.
1. Return Period
You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since the delivery was confirmed by tracking, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
2. Conditions for Return
For an item to be eligible for return, it must:

3. Reimbursement Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our distribution center, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: The refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Note: Remember that banks may take a few extra days to process and reflect the amount on your statement.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged during international shipping, please contact us immediately by sending photos/videos of the item to sacnezer@gmail.com . In these cases, NEZER will cover all shipping costs for product replacement or offer a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Due to buyer's remorse: If the return is due to the customer changing their mind or choosing the wrong size/color, the shipping costs to our international return center are the buyer's responsibility.

Store Error/Defect: We cover all costs.
6. Order Cancellation
Because our orders are processed quickly to ensure global delivery, cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will have already been processed and shipped, and you will need to wait for delivery to begin the return process.
7. Return Address
Do not send the product back to the sender's address on the packaging. That is our supplier's address, not our returns processing center's address. Please request the correct return address through our support team.
